Delivery Coverage and Processing

  • Delivery Coverage: Bloomaq delivers products to over 20,000 unique Pin Codes across India.
  • Shipping Timeframe: Orders are typically shipped within 48 working hours after receipt.
  • Delivery by our logistics partner usually takes 2 to 10 days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities.

Delivery and Contact

  • If you haven't received your order within 10 days, please contact us at bloomaq@hotmail.com or call +91 87994 03143.
  • Undeliverable Pin Codes: We check deliverability based on Pin Code at order placement and subsequently. If your Pin Code becomes unserviceable after placing an order, we will cancel your order and refund your payment (for prepaid orders) within 48 hours.

Shipping Fees and Special Cases

  • An additional ₹70 shipping fee applies for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at help@bloomaq.com or call +91 87994 03143. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Delivery partners cannot assist in these cases.

Order and Address Handling

  • Ensure full and correct addresses including Pin Code are provided. Orders and addresses cannot be changed after order placement.
  • Each order ships to a single specified address.
  • In exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to unserviceability; refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 48 hours.

Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products

  • Courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. On failure, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
  • Orders with multiple products may ship in separate packages with individual tracking numbers, potentially extending delivery time.
